Norman Bailie
Mr. Norman is an accredited Chartered Professional Geologist and Manager through the AusIMM and Geol Soc. UK, and a fellow of IOM3 UK. He is a competent person under JORC / 43-101 criteria with 30 years’ experience in gold mining and exploration and recognized to report to the international markets.
Mr. Norman have worked in exploration management level for 30 years, with positions in junior explorers, mid-tier and major mining companies, independent private funds and consultancies working from established mine based to remote first-view recon and new country set-ups. He has worked in senior mining management for +20 years. He has a thorough understanding of the full development path from grass roots to feasibility reserve and further into exploitation and reconciliation. He is a Senior Management Team and has been requested at a number of companies to resolve/improve open pit and UG production performance, reserve process and grade control-resource model quality. He has managed the geological modelling and MRE delivery at each of companies since 2007. He has played key evaluation roles in devising and analyzing growth strategy and M&A targets.
Dr. Mo’nes Mamdouh
Mr. Mamdouh is a Professional Geologist and Manager through the AusIMM. He has over 18 years’ experience in regional exploration, Open Cast and Underground operations predominantly dealing with gold deposits. Mr. Mamdouh hold a PhD degree in Geochemical Exploration also hold an MBA. He has a strong experience of generate long, Medium- and Short-term operation strategy and managing both green and brown field exploration activities with high technical input into project reviews. Mr. Mamdouh has a good understanding of business development from the grass roots phase till production and reconciliation phase. Mr. Mamdouh registered as a Consultant Geologist. Mr. Mamdouh has a strong experience and a successful track record leading several institutional investor-owned industrial companies specially in the mining industry. He is experienced in operations, procurement, logistics, safety, accounting, business development, and the overall commercial management of the company. He has a very strong experience establishing new business and development.
Lawrence Aboagye
Lawrence is a Geology / mining professional with experience encompassing mineral exploration, resource development, resource evaluation and production geology, mine planning and production. Expert in Mineral Resource estimation for gold and base metals, specialising in shear hosted deposits in Archean to Proterozoic terrains in the DRC, Guinea, Egypt, Ghana, Mauritania, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire and Tanzania. Proficient in the methods, standards and procedures for reporting Mineral Resource estimates (under the JORC and 43-101 requirements).
Mr. Lawrence Served in various capacities as Head of Geology and acting role as Mining Manager / Exploration Manager during his time with Sukari Gold Mine in Egypt (Centamin Plc), Ashanti Goldfields and Chirano Gold Mines in Ghana, Tasiast Mauritania Limited (Red Back Mining Inc. / Kinross Gold Corporation), First Quantum Minerals Ltd, Mauritania and Avesoro Resource Inc, Liberia. Proficient with the technicalities involved in geology, mineral exploration, mining and evaluation for both underground and open pit projects.
Experienced in the management of exploration and production geology with the successful set-up of Geology Departments for gold companies. As part of the role, he has undertaken extensive work in reconciliation studies and therefore aware of estimation techniques that work for different mineralisation styles for copper and gold.
He is experienced and knowledgeable in resource evaluation using linear methods like IDW, Kriging and advanced non-linear systems – MIK with change of support correction and conditional simulation together with Indicator method of modelling.
