Khaled Abo-Hussein
An Engineer and businessman who owns several companies in Egypt, China and Saudi Arabia that work in various fields such as copper scrap recycling, graphite industry, import and export and pharmaceuticals. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of business and business management and holds an MBA degree
Mo’nes Mamdouh
Geologist with 20 years’ experience in underground, open pit and regional exploration operations; predominantly dealing with Gold, Copper & Associated Minerals deposits and quarrying industries (Silica Sand, Aggregates, Dolomite, Sand, Limestone)
Master in Geochemical Exploration, PhD in Economic Geology, Master of Business Administration, Master in Mine Management and Metal Exchange. Member of the Australian Society of Mining and Metallurgy. Member British Society of Mining, Geology and Materials. a competent person under JORC / 43-101 criteria.
Mo’nes worked in many different countries through his career such as Egypt, Sudan, KSA, Mauritania, Morocco and Kazakhstan in many different mineralization styles.
Mo’nes has explored for Silica Sand, Aggregates, Dolomite, Sand, Limestone quarries.

Norm Bailie
Norm Bailie is an accredited Chartered Professional Geologist and Manager through the AusIMM and Geol Soc. UK, and a fellow of IOM3 UK. He is a competent person under JORC / 43-101 criteria with 34 years experience in gold mining and exploration and is recognised to report to the international markets.
Norm has +50 Moz Au in resource discovery across his career from global orogenic gold mines such as Tasiast, Obuasi, Chirano, Ayanfuri, Tanjianshan, Tucano, Sukari, Galat Safur, Kone, Doropo, Sanankoro, Bankan and most recently with HS/LS Epithermal and Carlin-style in Nevada.
Norm has explored for Iron Ore, IOCG, Uranium and Rare Earth Elements across the Archean, Proterozoic of West Africa, Brazil and ANS. Currently he has been focused on Carbonate Replacement Massive Sulphide Deposits in the Yukon.
Norm has worked or actively consulted for major, mid-tier and junior mining/exploration companies on projects across the globe from Egypt, Ethiopia., Eritrea, Sudan, KSA, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Mali, Liberia, Senegal, USA, Canada, Brazil, China, Turkey, Iran, Ireland and Zimbabwe.

Has a wide range of experience in company formation and adjustment, mergers and acquisitions and union. Judicial representation before all courts, arbitration tribunals and international organizations Alternative dispute resolution (arbitration – mediation – conciliation)
